Just like to say a big thanks for the introduction to this workout which i have followed for around 8 months now, its great for gaining strength and size. The way the website is set out and written, ive found highly motivating and probably THE best site for training and nutrtion.I hope more people out there stumble across the site as i did, espcailly young guys who make some poor choices early on in life and find that motivating kickstart so many people need.Tony Haynes should be doing more of this stuff on a wider public spectrum, when im tired and pissed off with things and dont feel like training, i picture this guy giving me a motivating pat on the back and telling me to give 110 per cent in the gym, thats no lie.So thanks again the Marines do an absolute fantasic job if im American in the next life id sure like to enlist .cheers

That's a pretty solid workout program. If it comes from the Marines you know it's got to be effective!

I have my own workout which I've been sticking to for a few years but your list is quality. Basically, for anyone you need to make sure that you are keeping your muscles confused. This list is a great starting point for anyone.
