(2 minutes of crunches, 1 minute of crunches, 30 seconds of crunches, 15 atomic sit-ups, 1 minute of ins and outs, 30 four count flutter kicks)
We were going to do track work, but when you have enough people for six on six, you don't pass it up.
This is the beginning of our 16th week. It is also the last week the original group will all be together. Justin, Rachael and Sarah all head down to Parris Island in the next seven days.
