It's been a few weeks since we've done hills because we have been doing track work lately. As my Uncle George says, "hills are just speed work in disguise." It was a pretty tough workout with about a 50 foot change in elevation on the run. The leaves are starting to change in the valley so it's a great time of the year to be on the trails.
