Fitness Platoon – Oct 10, 2008

3 mile run
1 hour and 10 minutes of mostly upper body calisthenics (wide push-ups, diamond push-ups, regular push-ups, underhand pull-ups, overhand pull-ups, flutter kicks, crunches, side straddle hops, and windmills)

Travis just started working out with us this week. He is already freakishly fast.

Justin, also freakishly fast, still has enough energy to smile late in the run.

It was a good day of PT. Everyone who has been PTing with the group for the last few months ran a personal best on this track. It must have been the fall air. Today was the end of week 16.
