50 minutes of upper body and abdominal calisthenics (push-ups, pull-ups, cunches, flutter kicks, ins and outs, bicycles)
We've got a lot of new people just starting the program so we eased back a little on the intensity. We did a workout we hadn't done in a couple of months. It was a good confidence builder for those of us who have been doing the workouts for a while. The workout today used to be hard for everyone. The first time we did it we only made it half way through, but for those working out with the group regularly it was fairly easy. It's good to know the hard work has paid off. Joel did a max set of 17 pull-ups which was a personal best.
