3 mile run
I'm untethered from the group this week visiting family for the holidays. I can't stress how effective it has been to work out with a group instead of by myself. Not only do I not miss workouts, but I also tend to run harder when there is someone just in front of me or just behind me. I'm finding that even when I'm away, I'm not missing the workouts because I don't want to fall behind.
If you don't already have one, you might want to find a workout partner or group. It makes the discipline part easier.
