The first workout of the year was a BEAST! I made a new deck while I was down in Georgia and stacked it with everything that I see people having a problem with. It's got lots of 8 count body builders. It also scales well to the individual. The jokers are max sets of pull-ups and the twos are max sets of abdominal exercises in two minutes. Everyone does different amounts of exercise on those cards, but everyone reaches muscle failure. It turns out I had the stomach flu yesterday so it's hard to judge how difficult it is. (I hope I didn't get anyone sick.) We'll do this workout every fourth week and mix it in with the other decks. My entire body is sore today, so mission accomplished.
