Alas, I was sick so I wasn't at PT yesterday, but above was the workout performed. My goal was to go 12 weeks without missing a workout and I made it 27 weeks. I've had a stomach bug so I needed an extra day to try to get my system right. Assuming I've recovered enough, a new streak begins.
