I'm a little late getting Friday's workout posted. As you can see, we've got so many people we're running out of room. There are even people off camera that stretch into the hall. This is an easy workout for those of us that have been doing this for a while and a hard one for newcomers. The challenge going forward is going to be to find ways to push people who have been in the group for a while not pushing newcomers too hard. I'm going to experiment with a weighted vest this week to see if that does the trick. Kudos to Josh for the initiative on that idea.
